What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, email, message and any optional company and phone details you provide. Please do not send sensitive data, passwords or confidential material.
Why we use your information
We use your information to answer your enquiry and discuss a possible collaboration. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If we subsequently work together, processing is also governed by the agreed terms of that collaboration.
Operations and recipients
Your enquiry is sent through the email system to our business contact accounts. Hosting and email providers support the technical operation. Server logs may include IP addresses and request details for operating and protecting the site.
Retention and your rights
We retain information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, any subsequent collaboration or a related obligation. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent where applicable. You can also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
The AI Lab
If you choose prompt creation only, the template is assembled locally in your browser. If you choose “Generate with AI”, the task, audience, tone and information you enter are sent through our server to OpenAI to produce a draft. The Lab does not store your text on its server and retains technical usage counters to enforce trial limits. Do not enter personal or confidential information. Processing by the AI provider follows the applicable service terms and settings. See OpenAI’s information about API data.
