INSTRUCTIONS / EVALUATION

Prompt Engineering

Clearer instructions. Better results.

We turn your requirements into structured instructions, reusable templates and outputs that can be checked.

THE CHALLENGECONTEXT BEFORE TECHNOLOGY

The same tool produces different quality every time.

A prompt needs a task, context, constraints, sources and an output format. The work is complete when it has been tested on varied examples, rather than when an impressive instruction has been written.

WHAT WE DELIVER

A clear scope.
Specific deliverables.

  1. 01Templates tailored to specific tasks
  2. 02Rules for tone, accuracy and handling missing information
  3. 03A collection of examples and evaluation criteria
  4. 04Usage guidance and improvements based on results
IN PRACTICE / ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO

What it could look like in practice.

For an online store, the system uses only each product's available specifications. It does not invent certifications, compatibility or benefits. Missing data is flagged before publication.

What we evaluate

Accuracy, consistent tone and human editorial time.

A CLOSER LOOK / PROMPT ENGINEERING

What it means
for your business.

Prompt engineering organises work with a model around a specific task. It extends beyond writing an instruction to include examples, constraints, output formats and evaluation. A team can then use shared templates and more easily recognise results needing correction.

01

Content with a distinctive brand voice

We create instructions reflecting audience, tone, structure and permitted claims. Examples show the difference between acceptable and unsuitable results. The team gets a practical template it can check and improve.

02

Recurring professional writing tasks

Responses to enquiries, internal summaries and draft proposals use consistent fields. We separate data from instructions. Amounts, specifications and commitments are used only when supported by approved sources and checked before external use.

03

Catalogues with missing information

A product description template should recognise missing data. We define when to draft and when to request clarification. The output can include a separate list of points to confirm, making review more organised.

THE WORK / STEP BY STEP

From our first conversation
to everyday use.

Each collaboration is built around your specific task. These phases help establish expectations, deliverables and responsibilities before we move forward.

01

Understanding and defining the scope

We discuss the goal, examine the current process and define the scope. We document sources, tools, owners and constraints. Before implementation, you know what will be examined, what will be delivered and what your team needs to provide.

02

Preparation and design

We organise the necessary information and design the application's workflow. We define quality checks, approval levels and how to handle missing information. The rules must be understandable and consistently applicable.

03

A focused test

We test an agreed set of cases. Alongside typical examples, we examine ambiguous requests, incomplete data and exceptions. We record what works, what needs improvement and where human intervention is required.

04

Evaluation and handover

We compare the result with the agreed criteria. We deliver the planned materials and explain how to use them. Your team understands the necessary checks and how to report problems.

05

Support and development

Where ongoing collaboration is agreed, we monitor operations and adapt the application as needs change. Expansion depends on test results and support capacity, rather than the volume of work alone.

BEFORE WE START

What we will need from you.

For the first conversation, simply describe your need. The required information and access are identified once the scope is defined.

  • The type of task and its intended audience.
  • Examples of good results and recurring failures.
  • Approved sources, brand rules and prohibited claims.
  • The criteria your team will use to assess quality.

Your questions.
Our answers.

Need more detail about your situation?

Let's discuss what you need +
What do you deliver in a prompt engineering project?

We can deliver structured templates, usage instructions, examples and evaluation criteria for agreed tasks. An important part of the deliverable explains how your team should use and review the template.

Will the same prompt work in every tool?

We do not assume so. Models and environments may follow instructions differently. We evaluate a prompt in its intended tool. If it needs to work across several environments, those are included in the agreed test scope.

Can a prompt guarantee complete accuracy?

No. A sound structure improves control, but reliable sources and evaluation are still necessary. Critical information needs independent checks. “Do not make mistakes” is no substitute for an actual quality process.

How do you capture our brand voice?

We document tone, vocabulary and examples. We also specify what to avoid: exaggeration, unwanted phrasing and unsupported claims. We test across different subjects to assess consistency beyond a single sample.

How does this differ from a ready-made prompt list?

Your application needs specific data, rules and deliverables. A generic prompt may be a starting point, but it does not know your team's requirements. Adaptation and testing make it useful for a real task.

Does it need to change when the model changes?

A change of model or key settings can affect the output. We therefore keep evaluation examples and retest the template. This helps identify differences before the new version enters wider use.

Can we have a shared team library?

Yes. We organise templates by task, with input fields, instructions and an owner for updates. Version identification helps users distinguish tested templates from those still under evaluation.

Does the site's Prompt Studio use AI?

This tool assembles a structured template locally in your browser. It does not send information to a model or perform the final task. You can use the prompt in an appropriate tool and review its output.
